加子母「もりのいえ」

加子母「もりのいえ」に初めてウーフします。

「ウーフ」というのはお金のやりとりなしで、「食事・宿泊場所」と「力」そして「知識・経験」を交換するしくみです。そして、有機農場や、環境を大事にする人たち、自然が豊かに残っている場所、または人と人との交流を大切にしているところと、農業や、生き方について学びたく、仕事や家事の手伝いをしてみたい人たちとをつないでいます。

到達了今次的目的地:もりのいえ(MORI NO IE)
もりのいえ位於日本中部岐阜県中津川市加子母，很傳統的日本農村地方。

原本計劃今朝搭7:17am由名古屋駅開出的JR中央線快速，8:29am到達中津川駅。
再轉9:25am的北恵那交通バス(巴士)，10:15am到付知峡倉屋温泉。
預先跟マサン約好了，他會在巴士站接我。

6:55am才起床，心裡很不希望會遲到。
幸好我有印到JR的時間表，看到7:47am也有一班前往中津川的列車，還可以趕到9:25am的巴士，放心了。

原本有帶自己的洗頭水和soap，但酒店用的竟然是shishedo!當然要物盡其用啦!
7:30am check out,幸好手續非常簡單(其實就係要附錢吧)，買車票和找月台也很容易，趕上了7:47am的JR。

跟據時間表應該8:59am到中津川駅，而日本人通常也非常準時到站，料知9:03am才到呢。
雖然對我實在沒有什麼影響但真的準時的話我會覺得好犀利。

帶著少少失望在站裡的麵店點了玉子そば(蕎麦面)做早餐。

上了巴士後打了電話給マサン、很期待呢。
巴士上只有我和幾個看似高中生的男仔，這條巴士線大慨不太多固定的乘客呢。


不久後巴士轉入了兩旁也長滿樹的路，越來越輕奮呢:)
如果不是wwoof的話我應該也不會去到那麼偏僻又傳統的地方。


這條竟然是雙程路。

我在總站「付知峡倉屋温泉」下車，立刻看到了我的hostマサン。
那時只剩下了我一位乘客下車。
搬行李上車，マサン的大仔ゆうた(Yuuta)也來了接我呢,樣子很可愛的小朋友。

巴士站回家需大約10分鐘的車程,原本在總站下車的地方在中津川的地圖上看已經是最北的，心想果然很偏僻。
車上マサン開始同我講野,佢覺得我19歲好細個哈哈是26個曾經到這裡的wwoofer中最年輕的:P(之後同其他人介紹我時話完我係香港人之後總要提下我19歲)
幸好他用簡單的日文時我也聽得明白呢,雖然我答得麻麻地。但原來マサン識講英文,雖然accent不是太好同埋講得比較慢之外。
マサン不是農家(farmer),但從事的工作有很多。
例如他在家中有一間小小的雜貨店,有很多一樽樽的醬料,書,自家製的cookies, muffins etc.

另外他最近拿到了民宿的牌照,呢兩日也有guest來住。屋旁邊有小小的田地種菜,有一隻豬,幾隻白雞。
最近他又嘗試自己整ビール(beer)!仲有當然他是ウーフホスト(wwoof host)啦!
途中我們到全個village唯一一間超級市場買茄子同アボカド(avocado),ゆうた捧著跟他比例非常大的茄子很可愛。
呀,マサン跟我說加子母這個village有97%都是樹木呢,果然望出外係一遍綠色的森林和山。

到達了もりのいえ後吃了很新鮮的桃(もも),是他們的tea break。マサン帶我參觀下之後便立即開始幫忙。因為下午會有兩group人來,所以我第一個工作便是打掃。
現時在もりのいえ還有第二個叫キャロル(Carole)的wwoofer,她是法國人,已經在這裡一星期了,跟我同一天離開。她總共會在日本逗留2個月,下一個目的地是函館。ケロル在巴黎讀Finance Master呢!

打掃完便吃午餐,是カレー(curry)玄米ご飯。カレー一點也不辣。
吃飯時,ゆうた指住我件paul frank tee說"お猿さん、お猿さん”,かわいいね。
每餐後我和ケロル也要洗碗,不過我們自己分配了她負責洗我負責wipe and dry。(我是非常不喜歡洗碗的人)他們完全不用洗潔精,甚至完全不用梘液的。
So.. I hope that we have cleaned the dishes quite thoroughly:}

每天午餐後至3pm也有休息時間,我放好行李後nap了一會兒。眠かったですね。
我的房間基本上是attic上的蚊帳內,裡面有布団,枱,櫈,燈,幸好還有上網的線呢。


每天3pm是用木起火來heat water for お風呂(Japanese bath)。
ケロルshowed me the procedures, including washing the tub, the covers, crunching up newspapers then putting wood on top, lighting them and how to fan it so the wood catches on fire.
(sorry I'm starting to switch to English since it's sooo much faster to type in English and I'm getting tired, please bare with me hehehe)
Afterwards, we go around the house to get new logs and chop them into smaller pieces ourselves. I haven't took any photos of this yet (plus it's a pretty dirty job) but I will get around it sometime. Anyway, it was my first time to start a fire using wood and logs.. and definately first time starting a fire for お風呂 plus actually trying it out:)

The guests arrived in the afternoon, the first group is a couple in their early 30s i guess. The second group is a small family from 愛知県: cool dad, mom, one kid around 4 and a baby.
So, including マサン's family (which I have forgotten to introduce there's マサン,ゆうた, and also his wife 理恵 and baby son けんた) and 2 wwoofers, there were 12 people in the house.
And you could imagine how cooking and washing up for 12 people is like.

For dinner we had SUSHI! But it's nothing like the normal kinds we have since it's "vegetable sushi". There were lots of different plates of ingredients on the table so we can just grab a piece of seaweed, add some rice on it (玄米 rice as usual) and add different toppings as we like. We also had beer that マサン made:)

After dinner and washing, we went to the community centre to watch LION DANCE PRACTISE for 加子母's upcoming summer festival. And of course, it's Japanese stype lion dance.

After their practise, we had beer and snacks together and they chatted for a while.

This is my Kirin:) When マサン told the guys that I was 19 I just realized that he didn't stop me from drinking beer since I'm not officially an adult in Japan just yet:P
